You can also still write to him from the Dear Elder. You just need to open and account. Each letter is 98 cents, the same as it would be at the post office. Just address it to him and change it from Provo, MTC to China, Hong Kong. I have no idea how long it takes to get there. I think its the same as if I sent it from the post office. You just don't have to get stamps, envelope or take it there, etc. He has told me several times that the letters and packages he gets have helped him soooooo much! He love them all! Letters of encouragement would be wonderful!!!
